
Gloria Parini
Born in the romantic Romagna on the shores of east Italy, Gloria grew up making handmade pasta, pizza and focaccia. Her mother is an “Azdora”: the lady of the house with a great knowledge of raw ingredients used to make the best Italian dishes.
Helping the family to prepare the daily recipes brought Gloria to cultivate a passion for good food and good coffee.
Coffee is part of the Italian culture: in the past was considered a drink to refill the energies during the day.
With a great passion for food and drinks, Gloria decided to study and master the arts of the coffee and discover all the secrets behind it.
